A completed design board with links to every piece, so you can shop and style your rental yourself. Pricing is based on the number of bedrooms. Delivered virtually, for properties anywhere.
Existing Rental Refresh
For properties with good foundations: assessment, strategic editing, layout and space planning, styling, a shopping list, guest experience recommendations, and a digital implementation guide.
Empty Property Design
For new purchases, remodels, or unfurnished rentals: a full design concept, complete furnishing selections, durable renter-friendly materials, a procurement list, and installation guidance.
Custom proposals are available for larger properties and multi-unit projects.
